We offer pregnancy massages in the second and third trimester. Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complimentary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swellings.

Slow rebozo Massage

 This gentle yet powerful technique invites you into a sensory journey of relaxation and transformation.

With soft, flowing gestures, the massage helps release tension, ease discomfort, and soothe stress, fostering a deep sense of balance and well-being. The Rebozo is a traditional Mexican shawl used by midwives to care for women, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Today, I use it as a daily tool—to soothe, cradle, comfort, and honour women on their journey.

Baby Massage workshop

This work shop will help you  to learn some basic baby massages strokes that are a great way to bring you and your little one closer. Trust and communication develop as you interact with your baby. Your calming touch will make your baby feel loved and cared for, too.

Baby massage may help to stimulate the circulatory and digestive systems, ease muscular tension.​​
