Coaching is a tailored and practical approach to support you and your family in navigating the challenges associated with ADHD and/or Anxiety.
As an ADHD life coach I am specifically trained to view your challenges through an ADHD lens, helping with executive functioning struggles commonly associated
with ADHD.
I have also specifically expended my training to one of the most common conditions associated with ADHD: Anxiety.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE AREAS THAT
I CAN HELP YOU WITH:
• Building self-awareness around your challenges, support systems, and strengths to navigate the complex journey of life with ADHD and/or Anxiety, both before and after diagnosis.
• Supporting teens, adults, and parents in developing effective strategies to manage challenges related to ADHD and/or Anxiety at home, school, work, and in social settings.
• Common coaching topics include stress management, dealing with anxiety, emotional regulation and hypersensitivity, time blindness, attention, task prioritisation, creating routines and systems, leveraging strengths, overcoming procrastination, managing oppositional behaviour, improve selfesteem, understand and ADHD diagnostic, creating strategies for studying, channeling hyperactivity or distractibility etc…

For parents of anxious children & teens
The Triple P Fear-less program is an evidence-based program for parents of anxious children and teens (5-14 years old), helping them build knowledge, confidence, and effective anxiety-management strategies. It’s a program relevant to all parents of anxious children when anxiety negatively impacts on their everyday
functioning.
It's a parent only program that does not involve the child.

HERE ARE THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF
THIS PROGRAM:
Support parents to:
1. Be positive role models for managing anxiety.
2. Help children build resilience and effectively express and manage their emotions.
3. Collaboratively develop a plan to manage anxiety and gradually face fears.
4. Manage their own stress and anxiety while responding calmly to their children's needs
Why is this program focusing on parents only and not on the anxious child? Childhood anxiety is usually treated through child-focused therapy which typically involves around 10 to 16 sessions of child focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
The fearless program is a 6 sessions program has been created by Triple P / the University of Queensland to obtain better outcomes for anxious children by working only with parents.

For teens and Parents

EFT, or "Tapping," is an evidence-based stress
reduction technique that combines exposure
therapy, cognitive therapy, and acupressure to
reduce the stress response in both the brain and body.
It involves gently tapping on acupressure points
on the hands, face, and body while mindfully
focusing on thoughts and emotions related to the issue you wish to resolve.
