Prenatal & Postnatal Doula Care
  • Motherhood is a profound journey of transformation. This transition also shapes couples as they prepare to welcome their baby and grow into their new roles. From conception to postpartum and beyond, I offer guidance and reassurance, ensuring you never feel alone during this life-changing time. My approach honors the birth of a mother while also supporting partners in their journey.

  • Sessions can be tailored to your needs—whether you prefer one-on-one support, sessions with your partner, or a mix of both. Together, we create a nurturing space where you feel supported, empowered, and confident in your journey.

Sensorial Bath ritual

More than a bath, it’s a gentle way to support your postpartum journey—creating space to pause, connect, and bond with your newborn. In the comfort of your home, babies (up to 2 months) are introduced to water, recalling the soothing sensations of the womb.

The ritual begins with a moment of reflection, embracing the emotions of pregnancy, birth, and early bonding.

You’ll then be guided through:

  • Swaddling Techniques for security and comfort.

  • Gentle Bath Movements to deepen connection.

  • Baby Massage & Reflexology for relaxation and bonding.

Leave feeling empowered to weave this nurturing ritual into daily life.

Slow rebozo massage
  •  This gentle yet powerful technique invites you into a sensory journey of relaxation and transformation.

  • With soft, flowing gestures, the massage helps release tension, ease discomfort, and soothe stress, fostering a deep sense of balance and well-being. The Rebozo is a traditional Mexican shawl used by midwives to care for women, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Today, I use it as a daily tool—to soothe, cradle, comfort, and honour women on their journey.
