​The perimenopause can be a difficult time. At first you may not even realise that your hormones are starting to fluctuate. You may be in your 40's, feeling tired, more anxious than you used to or just not feeling yourself. We can beat ourselves up about this, but often it is a sign your hormones are the problem!
