Monthly Women's Circles
Powerful change, healing and growth can happen when like-minded women come together to share about their experiences, joys and challenges. And there's never been a better time to experience this deep sense of connection and support!
When you sit in circle with women, listening and sharing, you can feel heard, seen and validated in your experiences. You realise that you're not the only one who feels the way you feel. You get a chance to understand yourself better and bring more kindness and compassion into your life. And from there, anything is possible!

A time to pause, reflect and recharge
The juggle is real and the hamster wheel will keep on turning if you don't get off it from time to time! These monthly women gatherings are your invitation to pause and reflect on what is important to you and how to stay connected to that.

Each monthly women's gathering includes:
Nourishing conversation and insights around a chosen topic (see list below)
Practices to calm the nervous system and bring self-love and slow in your busy week
Time for reflection and writing using journaling prompts
Time for sharing thoughts and experiences
Recommendations for additional resources to enrich your journey
Elise Clement is a Life Coach, Matrescence Specialist and Wellbeing Consultant dedicated to helping women harness the power of life transitions and navigate them with confidence.
Elise received her coach accreditation from the Human Potential Institute. She is an accredited Mama Rising Facilitator, taking women through the method developed by Amy Taylor Kabbaz to spread the word of Matrescence far and wide. She also has a diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and studied Functional Nutrition. She's been both a facilitator of and participant in women circles for many years.
Most importantly, Elise has direct experience navigating life’s transitions: she worked in corporate for over 12 years before changing career and is the grateful mum of a little girl who is one of her wisest teachers!
Whether you choose to attend each monthly circle or only show up for the topics you're most

The October circle will be held on Zoom and from November onwards,
I'm planning to hold the circles face-to-face at Bulb.
